Every problem WP Moo finds gets one of four priorities: Urgent, Important, Notice or Info. The priority tells you how soon to act. On a page, it also decides whether the page counts as offline.

For your developer
Each rule carries its own priority. The page rule sets give their rules the set's priority: Urgent for WordPress failure signatures and Hosting & error pages, Important for Speed & size and Search engines. PHP warnings (Important) and the nofollow rules of Search engines (Notice) are the exceptions.
A page run fails on no response, an HTTP status of 400 or higher, or any Urgent finding. A passing run with a Speed & size finding makes the page Slower. A site check judges a ladder ordered from most to least severe and keeps one finding per fact, so the first step that matches wins. Its findings are stored with its own runs and never touch a page or site status. Open problems are sorted with the most important first.
