Not every site is a webshop that loses sales every minute it's down. Site priority tells WP Moo how much a site matters to you, so it watches the important ones more closely.
The four levels
What each priority changes
What it doesn't change
Where to set it
For your developer
A page's interval is its own interval when set, else the site priority's default (60, 120, 300 or 900 seconds). The login page and sitemap use 1800, 3600, 7200 or 14400 seconds, or their own interval when that is longer. The speed rules, per page run:
server wait, median over the window > limit for the priority
total time, median over the window > 3000 ms
page size > 2000 KB or < 20 KB
redirects before the page > 2
A windowed rule waits until the page's runs cover the window, so a new page isn't judged on one run. A page whose interval is as long as the window or longer can be judged on a single run. More about these limits in Speed & size.
